Description[]
The Tibetan War Cannon is a weapon found early in the game.
It is acquired by venturing into Oneiros while searching for the Garden Key in Otto Keisinger's room.
Abilities and Effects[]
Fires short-range balls of ice that damage and slow down enemies. Holding down the fire button before releasing it will do more damage with each shot.
Firing only a single projectile at once, and only on the RELEASE of the fire button, each shot can be charged to a maximum and the weapon held in that state.
The projectile will cause most enemies to move and attack a little slower, buying you time to charge another shot, use a spell or back away.
The projectiles will sometimes pass through an enemy and hit one behind them as well, but this is difficult to do and cannot be relied on.
The shots do not travel very far, but can be adjusted by correcting your aim above a slightly more distant target.
The projectile has no apparent 'splash damage' but will damage the player if fired when standing too close to the target.
Journal[]
I have heard of this weapon only in story. Created and forged of gold, it is a mystical weapon of Tibetan folklore that was lost in a mountainous area during a great battle. They called it the War Cannon. Rumor has it that the person that holds this weapon must be pure of heart for it to function correctly.
I seem to be able to discharge some sort of cold sphere out of it. I wonder if it can slow down these bastard creatures...
